This 3-day camping safari takes you to two of Tanzania’s top wildlife areas—Tarangire and Ngorongoro Crater. It’s perfect for travelers with limited time or those on a budget, offering great game viewing, amazing landscapes, and an authentic camping experience. You’ll sleep in public campsites inside or near the parks, close to nature, under the stars.

Day 1: Arusha – Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, drive to Tarangire National Park, known for its large elephant herds and giant baobab trees. Go on a game drive through the park and enjoy a picnic lunch. Later in the day, drive to your campsite for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Tarangire – Ngorongoro Conservation Area
Early breakfast, then drive to Ngorongoro. After arriving, descend into the crater for a game drive. This area is rich in wildlife, including lions, rhinos, buffalos, and more. Lunch will be served inside the crater. After the game drive, head to your campsite.

Day 3: Ngorongoro – Arusha
After breakfast, enjoy the drive back to Arusha with great views along the way. Drop-off at your hotel or the airport in the afternoon.
